  Lucas Rabeno Fasolo

  MD

  Dr. Lucas Rabeno Fasolo loves making a difference in people’s lives as a physician. “It is much more than a profession; when done properly, it is your vocation, passion, and mission, and it becomes your reason of being,” he says. Dr. Fasolo enjoys getting to know his patients beyond their health concerns and wants them to know he is there to treat them, not their diseases. “Human beings are so diverse that our care must also be individualized,” he explains. Dr. Fasolo finds it “extremely rewarding” to care for the senior population. In his free time, Dr. Fasolo loves spending time with his wife and dog. They enjoy watching documentaries and traveling. Dr. Fasolo is new to South Florida and is excited to learn more about the area.

  Nelson Castañeda

  MD

  Dr. Nelson Castañeda is a board-certified physician who specializes in internal medicine. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami in Coral Gables and his doctorate from the Universidad Central del Caribe in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. Dr. Castañeda is a member of the American College of Physicians; he is fluent in English and Spanish. “By providing patients with quality medical care, I hope to help them live longer, healthier lives and retain their independence,” Dr. Castañeda said. “My goal is not only to provide them with the best quality medical care possible, but to treat them as I would my own family.”

  Rana Siddabattuni

  MD

  Dr. Rana Siddabattuni’s dedication to fighting the HIV epidemic and enjoyment of helping his college friends better understand their medical conditions led him to healthcare. He loves educating and empowering patients. “I am trying to help them understand their bodies and their health, while giving them a sense of hope that they will get through it fine with our help and guidance,” he explains. He likes getting to know patients beyond “the data inside the medical chart” and describes his ideal healthcare model as one that allows him to “spend more time bonding with patients.” “ When he’s not caring for patients or catching up on sleep, Dr. Siddabattuni can be found traveling, visiting museums, or singing karaoke.

  Andre Garcia

  MD

  Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Dr. Andre Garcia is a proud Cuban American. He loves building strong relationships with patients, which is one of the reasons he pursued a career in medicine. Dr. Garcia says he takes pride in “building trust with my patients and being a solid support system for them.” Dr. Garcia feels honored to serve the senior population and loves learning from their wisdom. “I have realized that the best outcomes are achieved when me and my patients work together as a team,” he says. Preventative care is a strong part of his practice. Dr. Garcia often reads articles to keep up with new medical advancements. In his free time, he loves spending time with his family and friends. Dr. Garcia also enjoys traveling.
